Eco-Stain™ is a liquid semi-transparent water-based concrete stain for accent coloring that can be sprayed, brushed rolled or even sponged. Dura-Kote epoxy floor flake chips system creates a vibrant, seamless, resilient surface from plain gray concrete. Although the system is simple both in composition and installation, it yields an exceptionally durable and long lasting floor. This epoxy flake floor system is composed of a binder, one of the Dura-Kote Epoxies and Dura-Kote Flakes, randomly shaped polymer chips, available in 12 color options. The polymer chips provide not only the pleasing palette of color but also add a measure of slip resistance to the surface. Dura-Kote Epoxy provides the structure and strength of the system. Due to these properties, the Dura-Kote Flakes epoxy flake floor system is used for garage floors, commercial kitchens, locker rooms, sports venues, automotive showrooms, veterinarian clinics, laundromats, or anywhere that an exceedingly resilient floor is required.

SC Color™ is better than a liquid color additive. With SureCrete’s manufacturing method of dry powder concrete color additive and coloring application, we take the guesswork out of measuring previously associated with integrally coloring cement overlay bag mixes is completely eliminated. Flash Patch™ is a single component cement based thin concrete repair patching compound system providing a workable, no-slump patch that sets quickly for the quicker return to service. Available in a white portland cement formulation, just add water!

Deep Patch™ is solid concrete repair product for patching large holes in concrete surfaces. SureCrete’s solid cement filler is a single component, just add water cement based chemical patching compound system providing a patch that goes from 1/8″ (0.32 cm) and up. Deep Level, previous name, offers superior power to patch larger spalls in concrete floors, build ramps, repair loading docks, and parking lot pavement.

TK-9030 Polyurea Crack Repair is a fast-setting, low viscosity, polyurea/urethane blend for penetrating and filling cracks in concrete decks and slabs. It may be used prior to application of an overlay for concrete that has random cracking or as a stand-alone treatment for spalled and damaged concrete.

SureCrete’s Micro Topping is a single component thin concrete overlay that is a self-bonding cement based, for interior concrete surfaces. Micro-Topping was designed to yield an exceptionally smooth tight-troweled finish that can provide a new “blank canvas” for decorative concrete floors. It may also be placed vertically on interior walls, creating the look of Venetian plaster. The application can be accomplished by trowel or “magic trowel.” Micro Topping thin concrete overlay is prepared with gray cement or white cement that may accept Color packs.

When restoring an old concrete surface, or even possibly some freshly poured ones, inevitably there is some discoloration and cracks or maybe even significant patching that has to be done. These blemishes on your concrete slab can easily show through any decorative stains or sealers applied to your finished surface. With Micro Topping thin concrete overlay, your newly created “blank canvas” can alleviate these issues, giving you a nice clean surface to begin creating your new custom floor designs. While it may take a professionally trained hand too tightly trowel a flat surface using Micro Topping, many of the designs you can create using this product can be achieved by even the new Do it yourself (DIY) homeowner.

Perhaps no other bag mix lends itself to such an enormous array of applications, variations, and alternatives: from the simplest of orange-peel to the elegant Euro-texture. SureSpray was designed to be applied by compressed air spray equipment (commonly a hopper gun), but may also be troweled or squeegeed. Restoration, repair, resurfacing, architectural accenting, surface protection, and creating slip resistance of existing concrete are all realized through a spray concrete overlay. Unique polymers form adhesion and flexibility essential in a thin overlay. SureSpray™ is seasonally user-friendly, available in Standard SureSpray™ and SureSpray ST™ with retarder used in warmer weather conditions for longer work time.

SureSpray’s spray concrete overlay versatility is one of it’s strongest qualities and allows it to be applied in a variety of fashions to create a wide array of designs and techniques. Able to be applied with a trowel, squeegee or sprayer, the possible textures are nearly limitless. SureTex™ is a cement-based concrete knockdown overlay for both interior and exterior concrete surfaces. It’s slightly larger aggregate creates deeper textures, and its chemistry allows quicker surface drying than most overlay products. SureTex™ used with compressed air spray equipment (commonly a hopper gun), additionally designed for troweled from the simplest of knock-down to the most beautiful Euro-texture. Restoration, repair, resurfacing, architectural accenting, surface protection, and creating slip resistance of existing concrete are all realized through SureTex. It is seasonally user-friendly, available in Summer and Winter mixes.

SureTex™ shares many of the qualities of its sister product SureSpray and as such can be applied in a wide variety of applications. However, with a much larger aggregate size than it’s sprayable sister product SureSpray™, SureTex lends itself to much more rich depths of texture and as such can be used to create a wide array of custom artistic designs. In the hands of professionally trained artisan contractors, SureTex™ can be manipulated to create any number of custom themed flooring surfaces. Since it is such an easy to work with a versatile product, it also lends itself to DIY homeowner usage as well.

SureBroom™ is the premier high-strength thin broom concrete overlay for extremely used trafficked areas. Its formulation is designed to transform old, spalling, broken concrete to a freshly broom surface as well as cracked resurfacing concrete. Typical areas requiring SureBroom concrete broom overlay include high rise parking decks, driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and retail storefronts. Although designed to be broomed, it may also emulate the many designer looks of other thin overlays. SureBroom™ may be applied with a concrete broom or by a combination of compressed air spray equipment and trowel and or squeegeed. Restoration, repair, resurfacing, architectural accenting, surface protection, and creating slip resistance of existing concrete are all realized through SureBroom™. It is prepared with gray cement or white cement to accept Color Packs. SureBroom™ decorative overlay is the perfect product for restoring a “fresh” broomed concrete look to cracked or otherwise old slabs and substrates. Being able to simply resurface an old and worn concrete slab can make for a huge cost saving in lieu of completely removing the old concrete surface and pouring a completely new slab. This broom concrete overlay can be applied over very large surface areas including driveway concrete and concrete sidewalks resurfacing with ease utilizing a relatively small crew. It is also simple enough that a homeowner can apply it on his own concrete home driveway or sidewalk to give a view of a brand new surface and easier than our competitors quikrete concrete resurface and concrete stamped process.

SureCrete’s SureStamp™, a stamp concrete overlay is a stampable concrete material, cement-based topping for beautifying both interior and exterior concrete surfaces like stamping patios, pool decks and much more. SureStamp ST™ contains additives for slower cure times for warmer weather making it have a longer work time. Used on existing plain concrete, it creates textures that resemble a whole array of designs: tile, cut stone, slate, boardwalk, brick, cobblestone, etc. with traditional concrete stamping tools. Costly tear-out and replacement of existing concrete can be eliminated. A SureStamp™ stamp cement overlay offers restoration, repair, resurfacing, architectural accenting, and surface protection of existing concrete. SureBond™ , a cement-based bonding agent, must be used in combination with SureStamp™ stamp floor overlay to achieve the ultimate adhesion essential in a stampable overlay. SureBond™ is a single component, just add water, cement-based overlay bonding agent specifically developed for use with SureStamp™ and Deep Patch™.

Its only function is to join these products to the host surface like concrete. It’s high cement content, and dry copolymer agents create the premier bond, while the little aggregate micro dowel’s into the substrate or area to be patched. SureBond™ is packaged with white cement and can be colored to match the overlay being applied on top by the use of SC TruColor™ color packs like gray.

When dealing with thicker texture patching and overlays for concrete, adhesion can become a serious issue. At SureCrete, we don’t recommend our contractors or DIY homeowners take any risks with their decorative and restorative concrete projects by having weak adhesion where they need it the most.

With SureCrete’s concrete casting color, having pre-blended, pre-measured bags of color can help lower labor costs as well as increase product consistency. Not having to constantly reformulate color blends every time a new batch is mixed will help to keep all your cast pieces the same color. Having color already pre-blended will help to lower your labor costs in trying to re-formulate oxide pigments to match previous batches. The XS Color Packs are specifically formulated to saturate the Portland cement in our Xtreme Series bag mixes to achieve extremely rich and vibrant colors not typically seen in cast concrete, even white concrete.

SureCrete’s XS-Veining is a concrete countertop veining dry colored powder that is specifically formulated to create unique looking veins in concrete countertops, making them look like a natural marble vein The same type of eye-catching veins found running through marble can now be found running through concrete. SureCrete’s XS concrete veining material is a dry broadcast medium used to create natural looking veins in the Xtreme Series mix’s. The effect produced is that of naturally occurring veins in stone formation. XS Veining is designed to be placed on the wet edge of concrete during the pouring process of precast applications.

SureCrete’s Dura-Kote DK 400WB™ water-based clear floor polyurethane top coat is available in either a gloss or satin finish. Formulated as a highly durable transparent flooring protective coating for interior commercial or residential applications with low VOC properties.

Dura-Kote clear water-based floor polyurethane is a 2 component 57% solids, acrylic polyurethane designed as a non-yellowing clear coating for concrete, cement-based overlays, or as a top coat on epoxy systems. The commercial grade clear finish topcoat is available in gloss or satin finishes provides the durability of a solvent base system with the ease and safety of a low VOC (73 g/L) water base system. Unlike nearly all polyurethanes, Dura-Kote (DK) clear water based polyurethane has remarkable properties related to vapor permeability, which permits its use in specific exterior settings. Generating the premier balance of strength, added UV stability, flexibility, chemical and scratch resistance, it is both user-friendly and extremely durable. As a vertical wall coating, it enhances anti-graffiti properties. Dura-Kote water-based polyurethane is ideally suited for both commercial and residential flooring: aircraft hangars, clean room floors, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, bars, clubs, retail stores, automotive showrooms, residential interiors, garage floors, stadiums, or any high traffic area where an exceedingly resilient floor is desired.

For interior coatings, especially in areas or environments in which you are looking for an eco-friendly coating, Dura-Kote DK 400WB can be an extremely effective sealer for your concrete projects. With a VOC rating that will allow it to be placed in 99 percent of all states and municipalities, SureCrete’s polyurethane is an ideal coating for generating LEED points and earning green projects as a professional applicator. SureCrete’s WB pigmented colored concrete epoxy tinting system can create products that are vastly different than conventional colored concrete sealers available on the market today. The tints used by SureCrete’s colored water based floor epoxy for floors tinting station are far more durable and UV resistant than typical pigmented concrete sealers. With these pigments, your finished colored water-based epoxy coating system will last much longer than a normal water-based epoxy sealer ever would, with the color staying much more vibrant over a long period of exposure. Dura-Kote DK 500 is a clear floor epoxy 100% solids that are available in a standard, premium, and a thin viscosity option with zero VOC’s. SureCrete’s epoxy coatings floor systems can be used in a wide variety of applications such as high build clear coat for a host of decorative concrete systems, a primer coat and binder coat for Dura-Kote Flakes and Metallics. Yellowing and blush are minimized by the use of an aliphatic amine curing agent for part B, providing a premium, durable clear coating for colored or stained concrete and cement-based overlays. Epoxies have been in use for a very long time in the concrete coating industry, and for a good reason – they are an excellent carrier for pigments, metallic pearls, and multi-color flake chips. They also have the fairly unique property of being able to bridge small cracks and voids so that the applicator may be able to forgo some patchwork that would be necessary to do before other concrete coating applications. These qualities have made 100% epoxy coating garage floor a go-to choice for professional decorative concrete contractors and DIY homeowners alike. The thick millage build-up provided by Epoxy 100 provides a beautiful sacrificial layer for abrasion resistance that will last quite a bit longer than other, thinner coatings with lower solids contents. In addition to these beneficial properties, Dura-Kote Epoxy 100 is also very ecologically friendly at completely zero grams per liter VOC content and therefore is quite often used on green architectural projects by contractors looking to earn LEED points on the concrete coating and protective sealer portion of the job.

DK 700 penetrates without blistering into the concrete’s porous surface to generate mechanical interlock and superior bonding of Dura-Kote systems that follow its application. Bond strength exceeds that of traditional epoxy primers. DK 700 offers these advantages when applied in advance of any Dura-Kote Coatings:

Moisture barrier

Increased adhesion

Better mechanical properties (including flexural and tensile strength)

Increased working time

The principles for surface preparation for DK 700 are addressed with the required surface preparation for the Dura-Kote system selected, see TDS of that system. An exception would be for moisture limits which are treated by DK 700. The surface must be clean, sound, and profiled, as for all specialty sealers. This product is not a shortcut for poor surface preparation.

DK 900 is a dual component, water reducible, multifunctional, concrete protectant that repels oil, salt, de-icing agents, and water. With its roots in Urethane and Acrylic nanotechnology, DK 900 is designed to be minimal/non-film forming on concrete and natural stone surfaces. Nanotechnology allows for deep penetration into porous substrates DK 900 is excellent as a maintenance guard on existing slabs. DK 900 is suitable for numerous interior or exterior surfaces including but not limited to polished concrete, broom finish concrete, stained concrete, decorative concrete, exposed concrete, honed and polished travertine, white Carrera marble, natural stone, pavers, synthetic stone, unglazed tile, and brick. It excels in performance on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Examples of the vertical surface include but are not limited to Precast walls, block walls, decorative concrete walls, and paver retaining walls. Suitability tests are recommended for each substrate to help determine coverage rates. Can be applied to fresh concrete as soon as 14 days, 24-48 hours for thin overlays.

DK 900ᶰ invisibly protects chemically hardened industrial floors, commercial facilities, machine shops, auto repair facilities from oil, salts and water damage. It helps protect from prolonged exposure to food items such as vinegar, soda, and pickle juice.

SureCrete’s Super Series ( Super 20 / Super 30 ) exterior concrete clear sealer used to protect existing concrete and cement-based overlays. The Super Series sealer uses quality acrylics to allow for a consistent color enhancement, high gloss finish, and breath-ability that minimizes cloudiness and haziness when moisture is trapped underneath the outdoor concrete.

The Super Series is only available for states that allow concrete waterproofing sealers and treatments with VOC up to 600 g/L. If your state follows the Northeast Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) or you live in the state of California, the Super Series is NOT available for use. Please see the HS Series for products that meet the approved VOC laws

SureCrete’s Super WB is a 30% solids, water based clear outdoor sealer for pool decks and patios that are low VOC (less than 100 g/L), strong binding, gloss acrylic sealer for any cement based product. This product contains a hybrid, self-cross-linking, acrylic resin with built-in water repellency and tenacious penetration and adhesion. It does not contain wax or silicone additives. The coating is chemical resistant, durable, does not blush, has long solids retention, and is easy to clean. Super WB is non-flammable and environmentally safe perfect for other sealers stone products.

A water-based acrylic sealer is often the product of choice for homeowners looking to seal exterior overlays or freshly poured concrete applications because of its ecologically friendly properties of being lower in VOCs, having less of odor during application and curing, and being less hazardous material to deal with. For contractors, this is often the case as well since its eco-friendly green properties allow SureSeal Super WB to accredit a job site with more LEED points on projects requiring these specifications like concrete and pavers protection. Super WB is also available in a low-luster variety for those looking for a water-based acrylic sealing product without the shine provided by Super WB product paver sealer.

SureCrete’s XS-327 concrete countertop sealer protection is a specially formulated two component water-based, moisture-cure, high solids hybrid polyurethane coating designed for application over completed concrete countertops and surfaces. XS-327 is a penetrating food safe, UV stable, minimal color enhancing sealer, available in both matte and gloss finishes. At 64% solids (varies upon reduction rate) and 25 g/L VOC this high-performance clear top coat generates the premier balance of strength, flexibility, chemical and scratch resistance. XS-327 concrete countertop sealer is ideally suited for both commercial and residential settings applied upon concrete countertops, fireplace surrounds, shower panels, floor tiles, wall panels, and all Xtreme Series products. Like some other sealers, XS-327 countertop protection becomes food safe upon curing. It is stain resistant to most household chemicals and culinary items and is heat resistant to 300°F (149°C). XS-327 is distinctive in its ability to be touched up or repaired.

With such a low VOC rating at only 25 g/L, XS-327 is an incredible eco-friendly sealer concrete countertops, after curing, the sealers staining is completely food safe, making it an ideal sealer for use in both residential and commercial kitchens. Also, being a water-based sealer, XS-327 cement countertop coating puts out little to no odor, making it an ideal layer for use in residential applications. XS-327’s scratch and abrasion resistance are also second to none, making it viable for a variety of surfaces. XS-327 is simply the best countertop sealer on the market today.

TK-290 is a low viscosity, multi-substrate, salt, and water repellent. Available in standard VOC and a Low VOC option, TK-290 series is engineered to prevent damage from environmental conditions including de-icing agents, salts, freeze damage, efflorescence, scaling, and surface popping. TK-290 is a solvent-based formulation to penetrate up to 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) and chemically bond with the substrate to become a permanent part, prohibiting salt, water, chloride ion, and acid rain intrusion. This protection ensures the longest life-cycle to the substrate by preventing surface deterioration.

Exterior concrete stain, Acryl-Pen is a penetrating, high-performance, pigmented, light-stable sealer and stain specifically for exterior horizontal surfaces. ACRYL-PEN’s uniquely reactive silane chemistry results in penetration of concrete’s invisible micro-pores, as well as the larger visible macro-pores, and penetration into all surface cracks, including the normally invisible minute crazing cracks occurring during the curing/shrinking process. ACRYL-PEN enters concrete and preferentially reacts chemically with concrete components forming a chemical bond that defies dissolution. Subsequently, the components polymerize forming a flexible network that seals micro-cracks and acts to prevent water molecules in liquid state (absent head pressure) from entering substrate, yet allowing positive water vapor transmission.
